Role DescriptionAs an Account Associate with a sales focus, you are a key driver of agency growth by building meaningful relationships and identifying opportunities to offer tailored insurance products. You will act as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their needs and proactively marketing relevant policies that enhance their protection and peace of mind. Your sales efforts combined with excellent service will help expand our customer base and deepen existing client loyalty.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Proactively reach out to existing and potential customers to promote insurance products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships by understanding customer needs and offering personalized solutions.
